La Commissione europea ha pubblicato l’11 settembre la relazione sullo stato dell’Unione dell’energia 2024 che descrive il modo in cui l'UE ha gestito le sfide nel panorama della politica energetica durante il suo mandato.

Tuttavia, restano ancora sfide da affrontare, sottolinea la relazione, ad esempio per quanto riguarda l'elettrificazione generale degli impianti di riscaldamento, il tasso di ristrutturazione degli edifici, gli sforzi per far fronte al rincaro dei prezzi dell'energia.
